Many countries have already taken concrete steps to encourage an environment for the mobilization of recourses for the SDGs. This meeting begun with an opening address by the Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, followed by different panel discussions where countries presented opportunities, actions and obstacles relating to mobilizing finance for sustainable development.
