Prime Minister visited Cacique Aterima preparatory school to see the progress on the e-Learning innovation pilot project

The Prime Minister visited Cacique Aterima preparatory school, a school with approximately 100 students, to see the progress on the e-Learning innovation pilot project. In collaboration with Aruba Futura Foundation, the government invested in the e-Learning project where among others eBoards were added to the classrooms. Cacique Aterima is the first preparatory school to have eBoards on the island. The Prime Minister was extremely impressed with the results so far and shared that she is happy to see the kids interacting, with the technology and the teachers, and similarly how the teachers teach their classes using the technology. The Prime Minister added that it is visible that the kids are more involved, concentrated, and hopes that with this we are creating a new foundation for the kids through innovation in their further education.

The Prime Minister finalized by thanking all the teachers, the principal, and the whole school for taking the time to learn and teach each other how to properly use, work, teach with the eBoards and the added technology, and finally for their efforts and taking on this project.
