The Netherlands' Prime Minister Mark Rutte and Secretary of State Raymond Knops' visit to Aruba

The Netherlands’ Prime Minister, Mark Rutte, and Secretary of State, Raymond Knops, visited Aruba last week. For Prime Minister Rutte, this was his first meeting with Cabinet Wever-Croes on Aruba. Prime Minister Rutte met first with Prime Minister Evelyn Wever-Croes and afterwards with the Council of Ministers. The meetings went well, topics such as public finance, good governance, security and Venezuela’s migration crisis were discussed. Cabinet Wever-Croes elaborated on the Government of Aruba’s mission to create a sustainable and resilient future taking a human-centered approach to policy and innovation.
